The Iris is the colored ring of the eye located under the cornea and its round, central opening is the pupil. The colour of the iris is our eye tonality.
Its function is to regulate the amount of light that enters the ocular globe working as a diaphragm. It has a muscle in a circular position that allows to modify the pupil size.
